This project consists of a 16,000 sq ft addition to the Ecole Regent School in Winnipeg. The addition includes the design-build of a full size gym, changerooms, four new classrooms, office spaces, showers, storage rooms, an upper mechanical mezzanine, and new washrooms.
Underneath the new corridor runs a utilidor utilizing the addition’s plumbing lines, electrical feeds, and sewer piping.
